Conflict Resolution Plan

Using the worksheet on conflict completed in class, choose one conflict that you feel needs to be resolved.  Your mission is to create a clear plan of action that explains the step by step process that would provide an end to the conflict. Your plan must include:

1. A list of the people or groups involved in the conflict and their relationship with eachother
2. A clear description of the conflict
3. An explaniation of the causes of the conflict
4. The desired outcome for each of the persons or groups listed in #1
5. A compromise outcome that all the participants could agree on
6. A step by step plan of action to create compromise outcome
7. A list of resources needed to achieve this goal and an explanation of how you will acquire these resources
8. A description of any obstacles that might hinder the completion of your goal
9. A mechanism that will assess how successful your plan is to achieve your goal

Be prepared to present your plan on Monday, March 5th in class.  Your options are:
